Brand new from the 2020 Vintage...
This red wine is a deep ruby colour, it has a medium body with aromas and flavours
of blackberries and plums, with a light spice from five months in French oak.
Pairs like a dream with red meat dishes and stews - perfect for the upcoming colder months!
How to drink!
This wine is still quite young, so it is probably best if you decant it and about 1 hour before you intend to drink in order to release the flavour and allow it to soften.
Decanting is also encouraged as harmless sediment may form as the wine ages, this is perfectly normal and is a result of the minimal intervention during wine making.
