The Bacchus is a dry, still white wine that is bursting with herbaceous aromas and citrus and green apple flavours.
It has complex fruity notes and a lovely zesty length.

100% Bacchus from Somborne Valley vineyards, Hampshire. Harvested 22nd September 2020.
Crushed and destemmed, then pressed in hydraulic basket press. Macerating enzyme added during pressing to maximise skin characteristics. Fermented at 16°C with Lallemand MSB yeast.
