The Bacchus is dry, it is bursting with elderflower aroma and peach and green apple flavours. It is dry and has complex fruity notes and a lovely zesty length.

Grape juice - potential alc. 11.6%, pH 3.3, TA 7.5.
Crushed and destemmed, then pressed in hydraulic basket press. Macerating enzyme added during pressing to maximise skin characteristics, particularly elderflower aroma. Fermented with Laffort X5 yeast, to express fruit flavours from thiols at 16°C Fermentation took 12 days.
It was racked three times to settle out the yeast lees and filtered and bottled on 8th February 2019.

Contains sulphites at 19mg/l free sulphur dioxide
No animal products are used in production.
